User Terms and Conditions

1. About Lyfvo

Lyfvo is an online platform that connects individuals with experienced coaches for personal growth, career guidance, relationship support, stress management and meaningful life conversations. Lyfvo is operated by Lyfvo Technologies FZC LLC, registered under License No. 262349392888 ANCFZ, UAE.

2. Eligibility

To use Lyfvo you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Lyfvo reserves the right to verify eligibility and suspend or terminate any account where requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with any other person
• Notify Lyfvo immediately at support@lyfvo.com if you suspect unauthorised access
• Take responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

Lyfvo may suspend or close accounts containing inaccurate information or that have been compromised.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Lyfvo only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten or abuse any coach or other user
• Contact coaches outside the Lyfvo platform for any coaching-related purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Record, screenshot or reproduce session content without express written consent
• Send unsolicited messages, promotions or spam
• Attempt to access any part of the platform or its systems without authorisation
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses or harmful content

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Coaching Sessions

By booking and attending sessions you acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching sessions are for personal guidance and development purposes only
• Coaches are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists or medical professionals
• Session content does not constitute medical, psychological or clinical advice
• You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on coaching conversations
• Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care
• Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual circumstances

6. Payments and Refunds

All session fees are displayed on the platform in AED. By confirming a booking you authorise payment of the applicable fee.

• Payments are processed securely through Lyfvo's authorised payment providers
• Lyfvo does not store your complete payment card information
• Session prices start from AED 100 and vary by coach experience and category
• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice per the coach's stated cancellation policy
• Refund requests must be submitted to support@lyfvo.com within 48 hours of the session date
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at Lyfvo's discretion
• No refunds will be issued for sessions that were completed in full

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your use of Lyfvo is governed by the Lyfvo Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at lyfvo.com/privacy-policy.

• All session content is private between you and your coach
• Lyfvo staff do not access session content except where required by UAE law or to investigate a safety concern
• You must not record, share or reproduce session content without the coach's explicit written consent
• Coaches are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under their agreements with Lyfvo

8. Crisis and Emergency Situations

Lyfvo is not an emergency or crisis service. In the event of a mental health emergency or immediate risk of harm, contact emergency services directly.

UAE Emergency Contacts:

Coaches are trained to recognise distress and refer you to appropriate services. They cannot provide emergency clinical intervention.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, technology and materials on Lyfvo are the exclusive property of Lyfvo Technologies FZC LLC, protected under UAE and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

Lyfvo provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lyfvo does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted or error-free
• Coaching sessions will produce specific outcomes or results
• Information provided during sessions is accurate or suitable for your situation

You use the platform and its services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Lyfvo Technologies FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Lyfvo's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@lyfvo.com. Your data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy within 30 days. Lyfvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to users, coaches or the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

Lyfvo may update these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or platform notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
